Dakota State University, the Beacom College of Computer and Cyber Sciences, and the Cyberspace Solarium Commission (CSC) invite you to join them on September 4, 2020 from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. CST for a video webinar to discuss the release of the CSC’s newest white paper on cybersecurity workforce development.

This program features key leaders including:

  • Rep. Jim Langevin, CSC Commissioner and U.S. Representative from Rhode Island’s 2nd District
  • Chris Inglis, CSC Commissioner and former Deputy Director of the National Security Agency, currently serving as the Looker Distinguished Visiting Professor of Cyber Studies at the United States Naval Academy
  • Dr. Jose-Marie Griffiths, President, Dakota State University (DSU)
  • Dr. Pat Engebretson, Dean, Beacom College of Computer and Cyber Sciences
  • Moderated by Dr. Ashley Podhradsky, Associate Dean of the Beacom College of Computer and Cyber Sciences

The Cyberspace Solarium Commission (CSC) was established in the John S. McCain National Defense Authorization Act for Fiscal Year 2019 to “develop a consensus on a strategic approach to defending the United States cyberspace against cyber-attacks of significant consequences.”
