3CS Travel Assistance Registration Form

California State University, San Bernardnio is handlining travel reimbursements for the Community College Cyber Summit 2017 in National Harbor, Maryland on June 28-30th. If you are attending 3CS, the please read this annocuncement for details on travel reimbursemnts. ***Note: If you've already applied and recieved C5 funding to attend the 3CS conference, you are not eleigible to recieve this funding.

General Information

Travel assistance of up to $1000 reimbursement in the form of a stipend is available for one person per institution. Travel includes 2 nights hotel and airfare/mileage. Directions

You will be submitting a travel request via Google Forms. To submit a travel claim, you will be redirected from this site to a google form document.

Please fill out all required items on the form. All required information is necessary to process your travel reibursemnt. Also, please make sure to keep any reciepts (i.e. hotel, airfare, or mileage) from your trip tp submit to Robin.
