2027 CAE Symposium - CD Track - Important Dates/Deadlines (Tentative):

  • Submission deadline for extended abstracts: January 15, 2027

  • Reviewer volunteer deadline: January 26, 2027

  • Reviewers notified of assignments from EasyChair: February 4, 2027

  • Reviewer abstract responses due in EasyChair: February 16, 2027

  • Reviews and responses to authors open in EasyChair: February 27, 2027

  • Submission of the final version of accepted abstracts (in DOCx) and presentation slides (in PDFs): March 12, 2027

  • Session chair volunteer deadline: March 8, 2027

  • Zoom session for Presenters and Session Chairs: April 20, 2027

  • CAE in Cybersecurity Symposium in Anaheim CA: March 22-25, 2027 (Was April 28-30 last year)

 

Submit a 1 to 2-Page Extended Abstract for any of these submission types:

  • Presentation/Mini Workshop (Time slots: 20 minutes per session)

  • Lightning Talk (Time slots: 10 minutes per session)

  • Poster (Unaccompanied poster)

 

All submissions are double-blind refereed. See submission requirements at “CAE-CD Proceedings Author's Guidelines” and should follow the 2- page 2027 CAE-CD Proceedings Extended Abstract Template (Word) provided only. All accepted submissions will include a 1 or 2-Page Extended Abstract that will be published in the CAE-CD Track Proceedings. ***By submitting an abstract, you agree to join the Program Committee (PC Member or "reviewer") and commit to peer-reviewing up to three (3) submissions (excluding student co-authors). If accepted, all attendees and presenters (POCs, faculty, or CAE designees) are required to register***
