ABOUT
A National Executive Forum Shaping the Future of Cybersecurity Education
The CAE-C Community Executive Leadership Forum (ELF) convenes presidents and senior academic leaders from fully designated CAE-C institutions for a focused, in-person dialogue on the future of cybersecurity education, workforce development, and national security.
Designed as a peer-to-peer executive forum, not a traditional conference. ELF provides a space for candid discussion, strategic insight, and collaboration among leaders from academia, government, and industry.

Why the Executive Leadership Forum matters
Higher education leaders are navigating rapid change across cybersecurity, artificial intelligence, workforce readiness, and national security priorities. The Executive Leadership Forum exists to address these challenges directly at the leadership level.
Through structured dialogue with federal and national partners, ELF creates space to:
Advance cybersecurity education at scale
Address workforce and talent pipeline challenges
Explore innovative responses to emerging national and global issues
Strengthen alignment between higher education and federal priorities
What participants can expect
ELF is a single-day, in-person forum designed for depth, not volume.
Keynote perspectives from leadership in government including representatives from the Department of War Cyber Academic Engagement Office, and the National Centers of Academic Excellence in Cybersecurity Program Management Office.
Executive-level panels with moderated Q&A
Discussion-driven sessions focused on strategy, leadership, and impact
Opportunities to engage directly with peer presidents and national partners
The forum emphasizes conversation, insight, and actionable takeaways rather than presentations or technical sessions.
