Executive Leadership Forum

REGISTRATION & POLICIES

Registration and Event Policies

The Executive Leadership Forum is an exclusive event. Registration is a two step process, one step completed by the attendee, one step completed by our team.

Step 1 - RSVP

Complete the ELF RSVP Form

Filling out the 2026 ELF RSVP Form tells us to hold your seat while we review your information to determine eligibility.

Submitting the RSVP is not a confirmation that you will be registered.

ELF RSVP Form

Step 2 - Review and Confirmations

Approval process

Once submitted, the CAE Community National Center team will review your information and confirm eligibility. You will receive communications about the status of your registration and any necessary next steps at that time.

All submissions are reviewed in order of submission.

Eligibility Requirements

To attend ELF 2026, participants must meet the following criteria:

  • You must be affiliated with a CAE-designated institution (CAE-R, CAE-CO, CAE-CD).

  • Executive leaders (presidents, provosts, chancellors, or equivalent) must be registered in order for their institution's Point of Contact to register.

  • PoCs are eligible to attend only when accompanying a registered executive leader.

  • Attendance is limited to one executive leader and one Point of Contact per institution.

Disclaimer

The CAE National Center team reserves the right to modify or cancel registrations that do not meet the eligibility requirements at any time.

Registration Confirmation for Eligible Executives

If we review your RSVP and determine you are eligible, you will receive confirmation via email to the address submitted on the RSVP Form.

This confirmation email serves as your receipt that our team reviewed and confirmed your eligibility to attend the event and registered you in our system.

Follow Up Communications for Proxy Submissions

Proxy submissions are reviewed on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed due to limited seating for the event. If we determine you are an executive's proxy for the event, you will receive communications specific to your status at that time.

If your submission gets approved, you will be registered for the event and receive a confirmation via email at that time.

Points of Contact

For CAE Designation Points of Contacts, you are eligible to attend the event when accompanying an executive or an approved executive proxy from your institution.

PoC RSVP submissions are only approved after an executive or proxy is registered. If we do not have an executive or proxy registered for the PoC's institution at the time of review, the PoC will not be registered. If at any point an executive or proxy from the PoC's instiution is registered, the PoC will be registered if seating allows. A confirmation will be sent at that time to the PoC.
