I. Plenary Sessions

Plenary Session submissions are closed.

Thank you for your submissions. Selected presenters will be notified within the next month.

    • Shorts (10 min) – High-impact ideas or emerging work

    • Community Features (20 min) – Broader initiatives with community impact

    Presenters may submit one of each type.

  • May include, but are not limited to: ​​

    • Teaching & learning

    • Program/curriculum design

    • Workforce pathways

    • Research collaborations

    • AI & emerging technologies

  • We welcome submissions from:

    • CAE faculty and program directors

    • CAE Institutional Points of Contact (POCs)

    • Government and industry partners collaborating with CAE institutions

    • Researchers and educators advancing cybersecurity education or practice

  • Session and Track Chairs will be selected by the CAE Community National Center to support the review, preparation, and delivery of accepted Symposium sessions. Feel free to volunteer here.

     

    Track Chairs will:​

    • Oversee proposal review and acceptance decisions within their designated topic area.

    • Collaborate with the CNC to ensure topic diversity and balance across the agenda.

    • Serve as primary points of contact for presenters within their track.

     

    Session Chairs will:

    • Coordinate session logistics and ensure presenters are prepared.

    • Introduce speakers and manage time during live sessions.

    • Moderate Q&A segments and maintain audience engagement.

    As a volunteer, these roles are critical to maintaining the quality, organization, and professional flow of the Symposium program.

  • All proposals must be submitted through the online Plenary Session CFP form; emailed submissions will not be accepted. The submission deadline for Plenary Session presentations is January 15, 2026. To stay informed, subscribe to the CAE Community email list for updates.

II. Community of Practice (CoP)-Led Breakout Sessions

Each Community of Practice will independently manage its own Call for Proposals for breakout sessions. Members are encouraged to submit proposals directly to their respective CoP when CFPs open.

Authors may not submit the same paper to multiple tracks. Each submission must be unique to its selected track.
